From the moment I stepped into the world of healthcare, I knew that safety had to be at the forefront of everything we do. I have witnessed the incredible dedication of nurses, doctors, and frontline workers who put their lives on the line daily to care for others. But with this devotion comes risks—risks that should never be overlooked.

I founded Nelo with one mission in mind: to create a safer, smarter, and more sustainable way to dispose of sharps and medical waste. Every innovation, every product, and every decision we make is driven by the commitment to protecting you, our healthcare professionals, and the communities you serve.

Medical waste management is more than just a necessity—it is an obligation to our environment, our people, and future generations. When I hear stories of needlestick injuries and their devastating impact on healthcare workers, it fuels my determination to continue innovating. I want every nurse, doctor, and hospital janitor to feel safe when handling medical waste.
